Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) before 12 noon Irish time will be despatched the same day.

• Republic of Ireland: 1-3 business days

  • Free shipping on orders over €60
  • €6.93 for orders below €60

• The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: 1-3 business days

  • Free shipping on orders over £75
  • £9.99 for orders below £75

• Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, and France: 2-5 business days

  • Shipping cost of €14.95 for all orders

Please note that these are the only countries we currently ship to. We're working hard to expand our shipping destinations as soon as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing a tracking number that can be used to track your order on the courier's website.

Returns & Refunds

At Curly Co, we always strive for you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product in its original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as received, including their original packaging.

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund. Please contact us at hello@curlyco.ie, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
