Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) before 12 noon Irish time will be dispatched the same day.

• Republic of Ireland: 1-4 business days

  • DPD Express Delivery €4.99
  • DPD Standard Shipping on orders over €60

• The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: 3-5 business days

  • Free shipping on orders over £50
  • £8.99 for orders below £50
  • All customs duties and clearance procedures are handled and paid for by us in advance.

• EU countries: 3-8 business days, depending on the EU zone

  • Shipping cost from €9.00 - €14.95 for all orders, depending on the zone

• International Shipping: 5-7 Business Days

• Shipping cost of €20 for all orders
• Customs & Duties are not included

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number you can use to track your order on the courier's website.

Returns & Refunds

At Curly Co by Denise Walsh, we always strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product in its original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as received, including their original packaging.

If the products you receive are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange them or offer you a full refund. Please get in touch with us at hello@curlyco.ie, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
