Our formulations are gentle on your scalp and we had no issues when testing them on anyone with sensitivity.
To ensure safety, we still recommend performing a patch test for each product by leaving it on a small area of your skin for 24 hours.

At the moment there are not, but we are looking into being able to provide some in the future.

All of our products are, apart from the mask and the conditioner which we are working on having CGM approved by end of year. They are not CGM approved because they include a small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.
Isopropyl alcohol is generally not considered CGM-approved due to its drying properties. However, it's important to note that our conditioner and mask are quite the opposite, they are excellent at providing moisture and hydrating the hair.
When isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is used in small amounts in hair products like our conditioner or mask, it does not have the same drying effect as when used in higher concentrations or as a leave-on product. The lower concentration and rinsing off of the IPA in these products helps to minimise any potential drying effects on the hair. -
There is no one-size-fits-all sequence for our styling products, as everyone's hair has different requirements.
For best results, it is recommended to apply our styling products onto extremely damp hair.

The products have been designed for wavy, curly and coily hair but can be used in smaller amounts if your hair isn’t curly. Our Detangling Spray is a game changer for straight hair and is extremely moisturising and repairing for bleached and coloured hair.

All three products are best used on damp, towel blotted hair.
Apply section by section from root to ends (medium to thick hair only, fine hair can directly apply products) and rake the product through. Scrunch and finger curl hair to create desired curl.

While they are not designed as heat protectant products, they do contain ingredients that offer some level of heat protection for the hair.

Orders placed before 12 noon Irish time are dispatched same day and arrive within 1-3 business days to the Ireland and the UK, and 3-5 business days to the rest of Europe.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is charged at €6.93 and free above €60.
UK orders are charged at £9.99 and free above £75.
All mainland Europe orders (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, France) are charged at €14.95.

Returns & Refunds

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after receiving your order for any reason so long as the goods are returned in original unopened condition.
You have a legal right to return faulty/incorrect goods within 30 days of receiving your order.
